Unfortunately fugitive recovery is a necessary part of bail bonding.

The agents of Justice Services of Indiana JSI is dedicated to the promise made when we bail someone out of jail.  That promise is that the person bailed out will appear in front of the judge on their court date.  If the said person does not appear then the agents of JSI will return them to jail.  This is known as fugitive recovery.  It is not a part of the job that our agents like to do.  However be advised that they WILL go and arrested anyone bonded out if necessary.
